With over twenty years of professional experience and over thirty Health and Fitness qualifications, Adonis is an online Master Trainer and expert in Movement Optimisation, Performance Enhancement and Rehabilitation.

Since earning an MSc from the Sports Science University in Hungary, Adonis has never stopped improving his skills and furthering his knowledge. Among other specialisations he is also a Bodybuilding Coach, Aerobics Coach, Pilates and Yoga Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist.

My name is Billy Burchett and I have been in the fitness industry for the last 10 years. During this time I have been a Personal trainer and the owner of my own cross-training facility. This is where I honed my skills of technique and communication, this has enabled me to coach people from all over the world in person and online. Jay Banks

Jay has trained people and taught group fitness classes all over the world. His experience has ranged from training the British Armed forces 9th/12th Lancers regiment out in Germany in preparation for a tour of Afghanistan to teaching dance and fitness classes in Malta, Barbados, Antigua and most recently Dubai, just to name a few.

Coming from a performing arts background and graduating from Cambridge Performing Arts College with honours has contributed towards Jay's development in the fitness industry and becoming choreographer, master trainer and tutor for various programs used nationally.

Jo Ali

Originally born in London, Jo holds a BSc Degree in Health and Fitness and is an award-winning fitness presenter. With twenty-five years of teaching experience, Jo can be found regularly presenting and delivering training around the UK and internationally. Jo has also directed and appeared in over twenty fitness DVDs.

Based in Leeds for the last twenty years, Jo runs her own community classes alongside delivering key stage dance lessons. More recently she has been developing and training the Manchester City Youth Academy and Manchester United FC Ladies in dance fitness. Jo is renowned for her positive approach and user-friendly teaching style.

Jo Michaels

International fitness presenter Jo presents various programs regularly at several fitness conventions throughout the year. Choreographer and developer for many of the top dance fitness brands, Jo also has many high profile clients and customers worldwide. Her fun and energetic workouts are inspiring and inclusive.

John Turner

General Manager at Anytime Fitness Welwyn Garden City and Personal Trainer with over 14 years of health and fitness experience. As a former professional footballer and now coach and father, John spends his time caring, coaching and connecting with clients and members of his local community. My name is Linda and my passion is dance and movement. I have trained as a Zumba teacher with my daughter Josie and love teaching classes. I run my own pre-school music and movement business called Tots Tune Time and I am always writing new songs and short stories.

Lisa Cuerden

Lisa runs a yoga business based in Oxford, teaching a variety of different types yoga classes (Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga) in health clubs, yoga studios and businesses as well as offering 1-1 yoga both online and in-person with clients all over Europe. Lisa also presents and teaches at international events and retreats.

Lisa is infamous in the fitness and yoga presenter circuits teaching at many of the large events across the UK, as well as running her own Yoga retreats in the UK, Ibiza, France, Turkey and other parts of Europe.
